Adesegun Fatusi is a Professor of Community Medicine, and current Vice-Chancellor, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo. He previously worked as Director of International Research, Guttmacher Institute, New York, and Technical Adviser, UNFPA, Nigeria.
He currently Chairs Nigeria’s National Adolescent Health Technical Working Group, and the Advisory Board of Global Early Adolescent Study – a longitudinal study of adolescents across five continents. He is a member of the Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health Technical Advisory Group for WHO African Regional Office, and the Lancet Commission on Adolescent Health. He has 102 peer-reviewed articles and 11 book chapters, with over 10,000 citations.
